I believe that my clients should be given the attention they deserve. Some people don't understand the attachment and the sentiment that happens between families and their homes. I will make this the easiest transition possible. First and foremost, I will have constant communication. By doing so, the client doesn't feel left out, and of course, they need to be informed about all aspects of the transaction itself. They also need an agent who is educated and keeps up with the current trends and laws, as well as stands by National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics. With a background in sales and marketing, I feel that I have those strengths and can use them to the best of our abilities.
